(WKYT) – A man convicted for several charges in relation with arson has recieved the maximum sentence, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Ronnie Bowling.
Bowling says that Billy Barnhill was convicted of third degree arson, first degree criminal mischief and being a first degree persistent felony offender in the Whitley Circuit Court.

Barnhill was sentenced to 20 years in prison, which is the maximum sentence for his crimes under the law, Bowling says.
