(WKYT) – A Logan County man was arrested by the Kentucky State Police on Tuesday in connection with a child sex abuse material investigation.
Brian Epley, 25, faces eight counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 years old.
The KSP began investigating Epley after they say he shared exploitative pictures of children on the Internet.
During the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for a home in Russellville, and equipment used to distribute the images was seized and sent to the state crime lab for examination.
Epley is being held at the Logan County Detention Center.
