Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Tony Wallace of Monticello, KY. was arrested for disorderly conduct-2nd degree, resisting arrest, and menacing. Wallace was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for burglary-2nd degree (attempt).
Shaunda Guffey of Monticello, KY. was arrested for promoting contraband-1st degree, and possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Curtis W. Allen of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Russell County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of 2 counts of operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
Wallace was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center with Guffey remaining lodged there. Allen was released from custody after posting a Bond.
