Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Brian L. Leffew of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto, criminal mischief-1st degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol-3rd offense (aggravating circumstances), driving on a driving under the influence suspended license-1st offense (aggravating circumstances), resisting arrest and tampering with physical evidence.
Curtis W. Allen of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of flagrant non-support and persistent felony offende-2nd degree.
Jacob Dodd of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Leffew and Allen were released from custody after posting a Bond. Dodd was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
