Rescue Squad retrieved K9 and its owner who were over a Cliff

At approximately 8:45 Saturday night, the Wayne County Rescue squad received a page regarding a 100lb K9 that had gone over a several hundred foot bluff at the lake. While in route, they were advised that the owner of the K9 had also gone over. The squad utilized their Rappel team and gear to safely retrieve the owner and then the K9. They were back in service for the County by 03:00am.
