Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Amber R. Everhart of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-4th degree (domestic violence), endangering the welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Keri Sherman of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for criminal abuse-1st degree (child 12 years of age or younger).
Nathan E. Rigney of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for violating the registered sex offender public playground restrictions.
Lucas Branham of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Family Court Forthwith Order of Arrest for violation of the terms or conditions of an Order or Judgement of the Court.
Everhart, Sherman, Rigney and Branham were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
