Kevin Glass of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 2 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree.
Samantha J. Campbell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Review on the underlying charge of habitual truant(status offenders-unified juvenile code).
Melissa Ledbetter of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for habitual truant (status offenders-unified juvenile code).
Glass was released from custody after posting a Bond. Campbell and Ledbetter were lodged in the Wayn County Detention Center
