Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Donald Stamper of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for bail jumping-1st degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree. Stamper was also arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Sentencing and an Adair County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest on the underlying charges of theft of mail matter, persistent felony offender-1st degree, burglary-3rd degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-all others ($500.00 or more but less than $10,000.00) and contempt of court.
Josh R. Catron of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing.
Stamper was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Catron remained lodged there.
