Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
John Bertram of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Bertram was released from custody after posting a Bond.
