From the WC Rescue Squad
Earlier today rescue units from Wayne and Pulaski and a Fish and Wildlife unit responded to a call where workers had heard screams for help at the bottom of a bluff in the Cumberland Point Boat Ramp area. Upon arrival by all agencies, it appeared as if the parties involved had left the area and no emergency was found. We are happy everything ended well.
