Chadwick Foster of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree-2nd offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Jimmy D. Massengale of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Clinton County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 5 counts of terroristic threatening-2nd degree, menacing and 5 counts of persistent felony offender-2nd degree.
Lisa G. Prince of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Prince was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree.
George D. Young of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
