Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Nicalos Tomas of Monticello, KY. was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place, resisting arrest and giving an Officer false identifying information. Tomas was also arrested for promoting contraband-1st degree and possession of marijuana after concealing a bag of marijuana on his person that was found once inside the Detention Center.
Sean M. Gibson of Monticello, KY. was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct-2nd degree and resisting arrest.
Michael Borden of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Jessie Evans of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for persistent felony offender-2nd degree, assault-4th degree, kidnapping-adult, intimidating a participant in the legal process, wanton endangerment-1st degree, menacing, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Larry Dishman of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Mandatory Reentry Supervision Violation Warrant of Arrest for absconding parole supervision, failure to report change in home address to Parole Officer, use of a controlled substance (marijuana), use of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), use of a controlled substance (suboxone) and failure to report to Parole Officer.
Ronald Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and a traffic violation.
Tommy Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay child support.
Tomas, Gibson, Borden, Evans, Dishman, Brown and Daniels were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Billie Brown of Monticello, KY. with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Compliant Summons for failure of owner to maintain required insurance and a traffic violation.
Brown was given a Court date to appear.
