Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
John Hart of Corbin, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for engaging in organized crime, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – shoplifting (more than $1,000.00 but less than $10,000.00), and persistent felony offender-1st degree. Hart was also arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Parole Violation Warrant for absconding parole supervision and failure to complete treatment for substance abuse.
Hart was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center
