Jayden Dennis of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 4 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Justice S. Stamper of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for a probation violation. Stamper was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Dakota Sullivan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of traffic violations.
Zachery D. Montgomery of Junction City, KY. was arrested on a Lincoln County District Court Warrant t of Arrest for failure to pay fines and costs on the underlying charges of resisting arrest, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and fleeing or evading Police-2nd degree (on foot).
Dennis and Stamper were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Montgomery remained lodged there. Sullivan was released from custody after posting a Bond.
