Jonathan Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charge of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine).
Sheila J. Hardwick of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of false reporting an incident to law enforcement, public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Rachel Criswell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause.
Justin C. Mahony of Somerset, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of license to be in possession, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and speeding-26 mph or greater than speed limit.
