Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Bradley J. Baker of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-4th degree (domestic violence), resisting arrest and assault-3rd degree (on Police Officer).
Austin Dishman of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of bail jumping-2nd degree, criminal mischief-2nd degree, disorderly conduct-2nd degree and 2 counts of probation violation.
Brian Day of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Motion to Revoke on the underlying charges of criminal littering.
Abelino Acabal of Monticello, KY. was arrested for no operator’s license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and multiple traffic violations.
Baker, Dishman, Acabel and Day were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
