Bell Elementary and Wayne County School District are Cardinal Proud of Bennet Sloan and Olivia Sloan. Both students will compete at the Kentucky State Fair on August 15th, 2024 for the title of Little Mister and Miss. The 120th Kentucky State Fair will take place from August 15 through August 25 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville. We wish them both the best of luck!
