Barbara Stella Rednour Matthews Hoskins, age 53, wife of Hollis Hoskins, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2026, at UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
She is survived by: her husband, Hollis Hoskins; one son, Adam Matthews (Brianna); one daughter, Ashley Troxell (Michael); and four grandchildren, Ethan Matthews, Brantley Pennycuff, Bryson Matthews, and Cambree Matthews. She is also survived by: two brothers, Anthony Rednour (Misty) and Brandon Rednour (Ashley); and one sister, Virginia Carrender (James); along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Taylor’s Grove Cemetery.
