(WKYT) – The two people charged with animal cruelty in a Lincoln County animal cruelty case have agreed to relinquish their animals.
Wanda Brock and her son Radford have given up their rights to the more than 100 animals found on their property, according to the Lincoln County Attorney’s Office.

By giving up the cats and dogs, the Brocks have cleared the way for the Lincoln County Animal Shelter to begin placing them with rescue groups and in foster homes.
This avoids a lengthy court process that could have delayed adoption of the animals.
However, the animal shelter is still over capacity after taking in the animals and needs supplies such as:
- Pet food
- Water buckets
- Bowls
- De-wormer
- Flea and tick medication
