Missing female in Clinton County: Stacy Conner Shelley. The WC rescue reported that they have been asked by the family to share this and ask for anyone who has seen anything or heard anything about this lady to contact them. We will share a picture of the type truck she was driving for reference and the family included a picture of her in their posts. She was last seen dropping her child off at school and was coming right back home.
