OSHA is investigating the accident and says it was machine related.

The Lexington Herald-Leader reports communications manager Hiromi Mizuno said Clouse worked in the maintenance department.

Mizuno said operations have been suspended at the plant for Thursday and that support staff is available for employees mourning Clouse’s death.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear visited the same plant on Tuesday to help announce plans to expand operations and create new jobs.
