(WKYT) – The Kentucky Department of Revenue says they will temporarily pause operations beginning Wednesday, Aug. 5.
The pause will last until Aug. 14, 2026, according to the KYDOR.
Officials remind community members to complete any necessary tasks prior to the pause.
The pause is necessary due to the addition of system updates for several business tax types, officials say.
The updates will not affect how Kentucky residents file and pay individual income taxes, the KYDOR says.
