(WKYT) – Funeral arrangements have been announced for the boy killed in a Fourth of July fireworks accident in Pulaski County.
Funeral services for 4-year-old Rhett Luttrell will be conducted on Thursday, July 9, at 12 p.m. at Rominger Funeral Home in Manchester. Visitation will take place at 11 a.m. before the service.
Burial will follow at Tanyard Cemetery in the Fogertown community.
Luttrell was at a home on Jacksboro Road last Saturday when officials say a fireworks box tilted around 10 p.m., and the projectile struck him.
He was pronounced deceased at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital an hour later.
