(WKYT) – Garrard County officials are asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenager.
Officials have identified the teen as 16-year-old Yanixel Garcia.
The county emergency management office says Garcia was last known to be traveling on the 6000 block of Cartersville Road in Lancaster around 9pm on Saturday night. She was last seen wearing black cargo pants, a black t-shirt, a tan hoodie, and no shoes or socks.
Officials say that Garcia was believed to be attempting to get a ride to Lexington.
