(WKYT) – No. 17 Kentucky fell to No. 3 South Carolina 87-64 Friday in the quarterfinals of the 2026 Southeastern Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament.
The Wildcats (23-10) were playing their third game in three days. Amelia Hassett went a perfect 5-for-5 from three-point range. Teonni Key led Kentucky with 13 points and eight rebounds. Clara Strack added 11 points and Asia Boone scored 10.

Kentucky will have the next week off before learning its NCAA Tournament destination. The NCAA Tournament Selection Show is scheduled for Sunday, March 15.
