Firefighters responded to a report of a tree on a power line on Zion Road. Initially, the report was no flames, only smoke. Fire units arrived at 5 acres of sage grass burning very quickly across the hillside. Units were able to control the fire and extinguish it. Kentucky Division of Forestry was also called in for assistance.
