The KY Office of the Ombudsman is having their bookmark contest again this year! Check out last year’s winner!
For help submitting a drawing, pick up a template at the front desk. Just bring it back to us with all of your information filled out before Feb. 19th to have it submitted. Must be 13 or younger. The winner will have their design printed on bookmarks and sent to KY public libraries!
This contest is held by the KY Auditor, and it is not affiliated with WCPL. This template is meant to simplify the submission process. Please refer to their website for answers to specific questions.
