Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Jeffery Fulton of Monticello, KY. was arrested for violation of a Kentucky Protective/Domestic Violence Order. Fulton was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Motion Hour on the underlying charge of assault-4th degree (domestic violence).
Dennis S. Roberts of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Wendall Johnson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for wanton endangerment-1st degree (discharge of a firearm) and intentional obstruction of lawful taking of wildlife.
Fulton was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Roberts and Johnson were released from custody on an Unsecured Bond.
