MPD RECENT ARRESTS
8/19 – Joseph Reynolds, 47, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. on KY 92 East by Sgt. Josh Smith on a warrant obtained by Major Josh Asberry charging him with Criminal Attempt to Commit Auto Theft.
8/19 – Hunter Ash, 29, was served with a Wayne Circuit Court Indictment at the Wayne County Detention Center by Sgt. Josh Smith. The indictment charges Ash with Theft by Deception.
8/20 – Jimmy Brummett, 53, was served with a Wayne Circuit Court Indictment at the Wayne County Detention Center by Officer Brandon Bertram. The indictment charges Brummett with Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth), Tampering with Physical Evidence and Resisting Arrest.
8/20 – Tommy Daniels, 52, was taken into custody on Fair Street by Sgt. Josh Smith. Daniels was served with a Wayne Circuit Court Indictment charging him with Bail Jumping and Being a Persistent Felony Offender. He was also served with two warrants for failure to appear in court.
8/23 – Richard Bolen, 49, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Ramsey Street by Officer Brandon Bertram. Bolen was charged with Criminal Mischief, Criminal Trespassing, Assault 2nd Degree, Terroristic Threatening, Alcohol Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
8/23 – Carrie McClellan, 33, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on Bertram Street by Officer Jeramy Thompson. McClellan was charged with Criminal Trespassing, Assault 3rd Degree (police officer), Resisting Arrest, Menacing, Disorderly Conduct and Assault 4th Degree (domestic violence).
All individuals were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
