Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Rodney G. Burnett of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine). Burnett was also arrested on 4 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for Contempt of Court and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and 2 counts of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Matthew Perdue of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Kentucky Parole Board Mandatory Reentry Supervision Violation Warrant of Arrest for absconding parole supervision, failure to attend Halfway House program and failure to report to Parole Officer. Perdue was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting and fleeing or evading Po0lice-2nd degree (on foot).
Stacy L. Davidson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 3 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting and 2 counts of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Burnett, Perdue and Davidson were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
