Unfinished Business
When the tones sound and the call comes in, these firemen drop whatever is going on to answer the call. It’s a part of life as a fireman. I caught this evidence as we returned from a structure fire tonight. When I came back into the station the signs of tasks left incomplete were all around. The station is now reverberating with the sounds of everyone working to get equipment back in service, ready for the next call.
