Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Joseph Reynolds of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for fragrant non-support.
Reynolds was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
