Wayne County Sheriff Timm Catron reports the following arrest.
Michael A. Santiago Lopez of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 3 Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrants of Arrest for assault-3rd degree, 2 counts of assault-2nd degree, 3 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-1st degree, possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified) and prescription of a controlled substance not in a proper container.
Santiago Lopez was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
