Eddie Corder of Monticello, KY was arrested for murder (attempt), wanton endangerment-1st degree, assault, 4th degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
Christian Vanover of Monticello, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for probation violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine).
David Hill of Monticello, Ky was arrested for disregarding stop sign, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (drug unspecified).
Chelsey J Andrew of Russell Springs, Ky was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrants for probation violation x2 on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, failure to or improper signal, contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order x3, fraud use of credit card $500 less than $10,000, theft of identity of another without consent.
Michael S Borden of Monticello, Ky was arrested on 4 Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrants for probation violation x3 and failure to appear on the underlying charges of trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd or greater (greater than or equal to 2 grams) x2, possession of marijuana x2, trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams) x2, theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, persistent felony offender I x2, contempt of court libel /slander resistance to order, speeding 08 mph over limit. Borden Was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant for leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card, no registration plates, no registration receipt, improper registration plate.
Dakota Barrier of Monticello, Ky was arrested on McCreary County District Court Complaint Warrant for harassing communications.
Corder, Vanover, Hill, Andrew and Borden were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served the following Criminal Summons.
Bradley J Baker of Monticello, Ky was served with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
Baker was given a court date to appear.
Austin D. Smedley of Monticello, KY. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Justin P. Melton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Cumberland County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for show cause on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and no registration plate.
Alexandria J. Stonewall of Lexington, KY. was arrested on a Fayette County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charge of wanton endangerment-1st degree.
Smedley and Stonewall were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Melton remained lodged in the Detention Center.
