Run Report 11-2-24
Monticello Fire Department responded to two calls for service today.
#1 At 9:25 AM fire personnel responded to an automatic fire alarm on Worsham Lane. Firefighters assisted the facility in resetting the alarm and returning it to service.
#2 At 11:58 PM the department was dispatched to a single vehicle accident on East Highway 92. The vehicle rolled off of an embankment and into a field. Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and Wayne County EMS responded to the incident.
Run Report 11-1-2024
Monticello Fire Department responded to three calls for service. All three were worked alongside Wayne County EMS and Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
#1 At 7:20 AM the department responded to a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of West Highway 90 and Sportsman Club Rd. EMS transported patients from the scene.
#2 At 8:04 PM Monticello Fire was dispatched to a motorcycle accident involving a deer on Janesville Cemetery Road. One patient was airlifted to UK Hospital by Air Methods KY 3 Somerset.
#3 While units were responding the the Jonesville accident, the department was dispatched and responded to another vehicle accident on Highway 3284.
