The last day to pay your city and county taxes as the discount rate is this coming Monday.
City of Monticello, and Wayne County taxes were mailed a few weeks ago and can be paid through this Monday November 3rd at a 2% discount rate. As of Tuesday bills will be payable at face value. Check your bills for online payment instructions or you can pay them both (city and county) in the sheriff’s office at the courthouse.
