Jack Meredith of Burkesville, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of probation violation (for felony offense) and theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Tommy E. West of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
