Wayne County Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Douglas Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Vi9olation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine). Daniels was also arrested on 3 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for Defendant left Rehab, failure to appear for a Preliminary Hearing and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Daniels was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
