Darrell W. Baer – on the Offense of Sexual Abuse, Sodomy 2nd and 3rd Degree, Unlawful Transaction with a Minor

Michel Piercy – on the Offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000

Kristin Lair – Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Johnnie L. Sweet – on the Offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon,  and Persistent Felony Offender,

Tyler Payne – on the Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Paula Edwards, on the Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,

Jeremiah Houseman – on the Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance,

Bobby Foster – on the Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance

Ricky Griffis – on the Offense of Possession of Controlled Substance

Labreeska Stigall – on the Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance

Roscoe Shelton – on the Offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance

Jeffrey Fulton on the Offense of Strangulation, Assault 2nd Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police, Resisting Arrest, Alcohol Intoxication, Unlawful Imprisonment, Terroristic Threatening, Cruelty to Animals, and Persistent Felony Offender

Haley Roberts on the Offense of Wanton Endangerment

Brandon Denton on the Offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jordan Shokooh on the Offense of Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $500 and Persistent Felony Offender

Shawn Boston, Stacie UpChurch, Timothy Scarborough and Jessica Wise on the Offense of Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree, Burglary 2nd Degree, Fraudulent use of a Credit Card over $500, Theft of services

Jessica Wise was also Indicted on Promoting Contraband

And Shawn Boston on Persistent Felony Offender
