James better known as “Jimmy” Frazer of Monticello, Kentucky was born April 5th,1943 and departed this life Saturday, November 18th,2023 reaching the age of 80 years. He was the husband of Diane Rankin Frazer and son of the late Knox and Ethel McKay Frazer.
Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughter Nan (Ernie) Hanley, his son; Rankin McKay (Stacia) Frazer, and one grandchild; Kelsey McKay Hanley.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 22nd from 11AM until 2PM at the First Christian Church with funeral services following at 2PM. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the First Christian Church Building Fund.
