Monticello Police Department Arrests

Josh Evans, 35, was arrested at approximately 4:15 a.m. at a residence on Hardwood Drive. Evans was taken into custody by Officer Brandon Bertram on a warrant for failing to appear in Wayne District Court.
Larry Evans, 40, was arrested at approximately 6:30 a.m. at a residence on Hardwood Drive on charges of Burglary, Tampering with Physical Evidence and three warrants for failing to appear/pay in Wayne District Court. The arrest was made by Officer Brandon Bertram and WCSO Deputy Joe Horne.
James Wesley, 34, was served by Officer Josh Smith at the WCDC with a warrant for failing to appear in Pulaski District Court.
Saturday, November 18, 2023
Manuel Rojop-Pelico, 29, was arrested by Officer Brandon Bertram at approximately 12:05 a.m. Saturday in the Cumberland Crossing Center for DUI, No Insurance and Failure to Illuminate Headlights.
Lindsey Elise Cooper, 27, was arrested by Officer Josh Smith at approximately 11:10 a.m. Saturday on North Main Street for DUI and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Additional charges are possible, pending substance analysis at KSP lab.
John D. Catron, 44, was arrested by Officer Josh Smith at approximately 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Walmart on charges of Burglary, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree-2nd Offense (meth) and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree (drug unspecified). Catron is accused of concealing $77.37 worth of merchandise and passing the last point of sale. Catron was trespassed from Walmart in October 2022 for shoplifting.
All individuals were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
