Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Jimmy Wallace of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court and a Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of 4 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, 2 counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, persistent felony offender-1st degree, driving on a driving under the influence suspended operator’s license and traffic violations.
Wallace was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
