MPD Calls for Service 05-25-23
1:24 a.m. – Criminal Mischief, Harassment at residence on West Columbia Avenue. Charges being processed for juvenile offenders.
1:48 a.m. – traffic stop on KY 90. Verbal warning driven inattention.
3:10 a.m. – prowlers, harassment at residence on West Columbia Avenue. Juvenile offenders left area prior to officer’s arrival. Continuation of 1:24 a.m. call.
3:25 a.m. – female caller reporting ex-husband making threats toward her and law enforcement during argument over telephone.
6:34 a.m. – suspicious person/activity Hwy. 3106. Checked by officer. All okay.
10:06 a.m. – caller reporting trespasser in mobile home on her property on Vine Street. Officer responded, searched residence, no one in residence.
12:55 p.m. – residential alarm on High Street. No signs of entry or damage.
1:50 p.m. – caller reports young boy on bicycle in roadway near intersection of West Columbia and Third Street. Officer responded, unable to locate child.
2:49 p.m. – report of Indecent Exposure by male on Willa Drive. Offense had stopped, male had went inside his residence prior to officer’s arrival. Criminal complaint prepared and submitted. Offender will be arrested when criminal complaint is signed into warrant.
7:15 p.m. – domestic dispute at residence on Hillard Avenue. Boyfriend attempting to move out. Several individuals involved in the verbal dispute. Advice provided. Parties separated.
9:09 p.m. – report of missing 11-year-old male. Last seen at approximately 6:30 p.m. riding his bicycle. Child located soon after the 911 call. Child was fine, unharmed.
10:19 p.m. – caller reported finding bicycle on side of roadway. Bicycle brought to MPD. Will be stored until claimed.
10:21 p.m. – report of out-of=control male at residence on Robin Lane. 911 Dispatchers hear male and female screaming, cursing. Officers responded. After several minutes on-scene, situation resolved for now. Advice given on legal actions the involved parties can pursue if desired.
10:46 p.m. – report of vehicle in operation with no lights on, swerving on roadway. Vehicle stopped by WCSO Deputy and MPD Officer on Willa Drive. Everything okay.
11:49 p.m. – in-person complaint from male individual. States he paid rent to female he shares residence with on Kentucky Avenue but she won’t let him in. Advice given. Civil matter.
