Judith Lynne Storey Cowan, age 79, widow of Charles Cowan, Jr., passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her home.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori (Josh) New and Jennifer Cowan; her grandchildren, Chuck Burton, Kara Burton, and Makenna New; her niece, Tabatha White; her nephew, Jim Storey; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Janie) Cowan; and a special best friend, Ashley Bertram
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2023, between 5 pm – 8 pm Monticello First Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 22, 2023, at 10 am at the Monticello First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
