Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Adam Bell of Monticello, Ky. was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place and criminal treapassing-1st degree.
Marcus Daffron of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrants of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, 2 counts of persistent felony offender-1st degree, engaging in organized crime, fleeing or evading Ploice-1st degree (motor vehicle), fleeing or evading Police-2nd degree (on foot), wanton endangerment-1st degree, criminal mischief-2nd degree, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal littering and a traffic violation.
Michael Lyons of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Jonathan Dicken of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for burglary-2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Bell and Daffron were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Lyons and Dicken remained lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
