The Wayne County fiscal court will meet at 6 pm this evening for their regular monthly session at the Courthouse. Among items on the agenda, the magistrates will hear the 2nd reading of a nuisance ordinance which is designed to address areas that affect the health, safety, and welfare of Wayne County Citizens, the top focus of the ordinance is to clean up the County.
Other items on the agenda include the 1st reading of a tower ordinance, approval of a flex agreement, hiring a building inspector, department reports, and other routine items.
