Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Scotty L. Dobbs of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine).
James D. Lyons pf Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Pulaski County Circuit and a Pulaski County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear.
Jamie Lebel of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a McCreary County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for burglary-2nd degree.
Michael L. Phillips of Whitley City, Ky. was arrested on a McCreary County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified), prescription of a controlled substance not in a proper container, illegal possession of a legend drug and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Dobbs, Lyons, Lebel and Phillips were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
