Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Brandon Bratcher of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Russell County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender-1st degree and a traffic violation. Bratcher was also arrested on a Russell County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a traffic violation.
Renee D. Garth of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.
Bratcher and Garth were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
In other law enforcement action, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office served Anthony Dykes of Monticello, Ky. with a Wayne County Circuit Court Criminal Summons for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (2 grams of methamphetamine-enhanced), convicted felon in possession of a handgun, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal littering and a traffic violation.
Dykes was given a court date to appear.
