Santa Fe Corn and Cheese Squares

2 (8 oz.) cornbread mix
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped green onion
½ c. chopped cilantro
3 tsp. chopped jalapeno
1 c. sour cream
¾ c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
¼ c. green and red bell peppers, chopped
1 (16 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all the above ingredients. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
