SWEET PEAS AND MUSHROOMS
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
½ c. chopped onion
¼ c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper
Cook peas according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a skillet, sauté mushrooms and onion in butter until onion is crisp-tender. Stir in sugar, salt, pepper, and peas. Cover and cook until heated through. Make 8 servings.
